How to recognize anxiety.

  • Do you often feel nervous, restless, or on edge?

  • Are your thoughts racing or hard to control?

  • Do you avoid places or situations that make you uncomfortable?

  • Are you having trouble sleeping or catching your breath?

  • Do physical symptoms—like a pounding heart or upset stomach—show up when you’re stressed?

If this sounds familiar, you might be experiencing anxiety. It’s common—and you’re not alone. Support is available.

  • Getting support is strictly confidential and secure. Everything you discuss in a session is private, unless there’s a serious risk of harm to you or someone else.

We use Microsoft Teams for online sessions, which encrypts your conversations, meaning your sessions and discussions are protected from unauthorized access.

  • Yes! We offer counselling over the phone, online, or in-person with flexible appointment times, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, so you don’t have to take time away from the farm. Whether you’re at home, in your truck, or out on the field, you can access support in a way that fits your schedule.

  • Our fees are based on your income and ability to pay. Costs are never a barrier so if the fee feels unmanageable, talk with your counsellor, we never turn anyone away.
