Registration options

You can register for counselling three ways:

Shortly after you register, we’ll contact you to set up an appointment with one of our counsellors. Appointments are available on weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays.

If you feel you need to speak to someone outside of our hours of operation (Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.) call the Distress Centre’s 24-hour crisis line: 403.266.4357

Monday–Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
