Counselling works
Regardless of the challenge you’re facing, counselling can help and the sooner you access help, the better and faster the results.
You’ll see your progress
At Counselling Alberta, we use established feedback and evaluation tools that allow you and your counsellor to follow your progress through the counselling process. Using the data from these tools, your counsellor can make any needed adjustments to ensure counselling gives you the best possible results.
Counselling just for you
Whether for individual, couples, or family counselling, you’ll be matched with a counsellor that can best meet your needs. One-on-one counselling is personalized to your needs and goals.
How long will I need counselling before I see changes or feel better?
Counselling doesn’t need to be a lifelong commitment. On average, our clients experience positive results in 8 to 10 counselling sessions.
How much will counselling cost?
At Counselling Alberta, cost is no obstacle to getting the help you’re looking for. Our sliding scale fees ensure your counselling is affordable.
