Counselling that fits your lifestyle.

When you’re the one keeping everything running, it can be easy to push your own needs aside.

Looking after your mental health is a part of being strong for the people and land that count on you. Whether it’s stress, burnout, family conflict, or just feeling off, we’re here to support you with practical, confidential and judgement-free counselling.

We know that as a farmer, time is tight, and the work never really stops. That’s why our counselling is built to fit your lifestyle. Whether it’s over the phone, online, or in-person, we make it easier to get support. At home, in the barn, or on your combine or tractor, you can talk to someone who understands what you’re going through.

  • Getting support is strictly confidential and secure. Everything you discuss in a session is private, unless there’s a serious risk of harm to you or someone else.

We use Microsoft Teams for online sessions, which encrypts your conversations, meaning your sessions and discussions are protected from unauthorized access.

  • Yes! We offer counselling over the phone, online, or in-person with flexible appointment times, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, so you don’t have to take time away from the farm. Whether you’re at home, in your truck, or out on the field, you can access support in a way that fits your schedule.

  • Our fees are based on your income and ability to pay. Costs are never a barrier so if the fee feels unmanageable, talk with your counsellor, we never turn anyone away.
