Maybe you’re feeling pressure to make the right decisions about school, work, or relationships. Or maybe you’re just not feeling like yourself and you’re not sure why.

At Counselling Alberta, you can get support with no waitlist, fees that fit your budget, and flexible appointment options including in-person and online sessions. We know asking for help isn’t always easy, but it’s that first step that can make all the difference.
Don’t be! We believe counselling should be affordable and accessible to everyone. That’s why we use a sliding fee scale, so you only pay what you can afford.
If the price you’re quoted doesn’t feel manageable for you, just let us know! Your counsellor will work with you to find a price that fits your budget. We’ll never turn anyone away based on their ability to pay.

You can access counselling online from anywhere in Alberta, or in-person through one of our partner agencies in Brooks, Edmonton, Fort McMurray, Grande Prairie, Lethbridge, Red Deer, Medicine Hat, and Vegreville.
That’s totally okay. You don’t need to have a plan, or everything figured out before you come in. In your first session, your counsellor will ask about your goals and what brought you in. From there, they can help guide the conversation and make you feel comfortable. Counselling is a safe space to talk, think out loud, or just get things off your chest—even if you don’t know the right words yet.
