At Counselling Alberta, we offer counselling that’s not only effective, but affordable too. There’s no waitlist, and you only pay what you can afford.

Support that fits your budget

Everyone’s financial situation is different, and that’s okay. We use a flexible, sliding fee scale, to make sure you can access counselling when you need it, no matter your income.

If the suggested rate doesn’t work for you, just let us know. Your counsellor will work with you to adjust the fee to something that fits within your budget, even if that’s nothing at all. You’ll never be turned away because of your ability to pay. What matters most is that you get the support you need.

 
  • We know that when you’re ready to reach out, you shouldn’t have to wait. Once you fill out the intake form, we’ll match you with a counsellor. You’ll typically hear from your counsellor within two business days and can then schedule your first appointment.

  • At Counselling Alberta, we provide online support across the province. Plus, we offer in-person sessions in Brooks, Edmonton, Fort McMurray, Grande Prairie, Lethbridge, Red Deer, Medicine Hat, and Vegreville—making it easier for you to access support when and where you need it.
